Arranging a license to play background music only only at a business event for a specific time and location, subject to compliance with the terms of the license, which include the obligation to report details of the business event and pay royalties to ACUM in accordance with the rate detailed below.
The license does not include permission to publicly perform protected works as part of a family event or stage show and does not include a party at a business event. "A business event in which only background music is heard" - a business event as defined above, in which protected works from the ACUM repertoire are performed in public as background music for all or part of the time of the event, by mechanical means, such as: audio systems of various types, audio files, CDs, mobile phones, computers, laptops, tablets, radio, television, internet platforms for playing music. "Business event" - an event of a business nature, such as: a staff bonding event, sales promotion events, an event organized and/or ordered by a business organization and/or companies and/or workers committees and/or any other entity, with the exception of family joyous events such as a wedding, bar mitzvah, henna, etc.

Clarification:
The rate is according to the timing of the works from the Acum repertoire that are performed at an event with duration of over 60 minutes.
To arrange a synchronization license (combination of works) in a presentation/video that will be screened during the business event, and which is not of an advertising nature or in the event that the works are scheduled for an event with duration of less than 60 minutes, please contact the office at phone number: 03-6113565
Main conditions in the license:
A request on behalf of the license applicant up to 72 hours before the business event with details about the business event including the name of the event, date, location, expected number of participants, as well as the details of the payer for the license. An invoice for payment will be issued immediately after the report which must be settled before the event.

General Conditions:
- The above tariffs are published by ACUM Ltd- the Authors, Composers & Music Publishers Society in Israel (hereinafter “ACUM”). The rates are determined at ACUM’s discretion and exclusive responsibility.
- These tariffs do not constitute license to use works from ACUM repertoire. To obtain a license, the client has to apply to ACUM in writing and prior the beginning of the usage of the work.
- The final license fees are calculated according to data and parameters relevant to each client. Any applicant for a license undertakes to provide ACUM with any information required for the calculation of feasible and appropriated license fees.
- ACUM reserves the right to change the tariffs from time to time.
- In case of contradiction between any terms of the published tariffs and those on the license agreed and signed by the licensee, the content of this license shall take precedence.
- The sums detailed on the tariffs do not include Value Added Tax (VAT). VAT will be added to any payment according to its legal rate, against a tax invoice as required by law.
- All the above is subject to the terms applicable to ACUM according to the determinations of the Antitrust Tribunal.
